Sorry to readers and I hope you
I am suffering with an ingrown toenail and will be off to the doctor tomorrow to have it cut out. I am going to video it if I can and then Youtube it. Bet you cannot wait for that.
Last night I had the girls all digging away at it, I was biting onto a stick as the pain was about an 9.5 out of 10.
Just wanted to share my pain, I heard a problem shared is a problem halved.

I was just going to bed before i saw your toe so i will probably have nightmares now! (just kidding!) :)
Im going to Ubon Ratchathani 15th november and im gonna stay for 3 months, im gonna train and live at a gym called LegacyGym, maybe you have heard of it.
Anyway, i just googled on ubon and tried to find som webpages where i could find info about the city and what to do and stuff like that, and i found your blog.
i have been stuck in my chair for 2 hours now and reading your blog and watching pictures, its really intresting, im gonna try out some of the restaurants you have posted pictures from! and im gonna keep reading here for sure!
keep up the good work! / Kristian
ps. that little girl Ja is adorable! :D
If I had to chose between the post on "Peppers Bakery and Coffee Shop" and this one, the Bakery might come out slightly ahead - lol.
I presume the video will be HD?
I was indeed eating while *THAT* popped up thx a lot (ok I clicked the link you might say, and justly so), but as you said a shared problem halves it; well I had the same thing a while ago; if your doctor is a general practitioner, he may cut it out by burning it out with some kind of soldering iron, which is pain 15 on a scale of 10 (that's for spoiling my dinner :P). And with me it didn't help. Eventually I got helped at the hospital, which is pain 1 out of 10, and did help very well. Good luck with that toe!
Kristian, I have written about Legacy Gym before and Ole here http://isaanstyle.blogspot.com/2010/08/legacy-gym-and-ole-iron-fist-laursen.html
Ole and his gym and trainers are tops, each time I have visited the sessions have been solid, very solid.
The trainers are tops and also a good bunch of guys there whole return to train there again and again.
http://www.legacygym.com/ the guys there know plenty of places to go.
Thanks for the kind words on Ja as she is a little gem and hope to meet you when you arrive.
Yes HD video of me screaming :)
Anon I had one taken out way back in the early 90's and the doctor at his little surgery was good (in Australia).
A few needles and then a pair of scissors that looked like crocodile jaws, cut and ripped out with roots attached.
The most painful thig was the needles.
No soldering irons for me :)
I've had them too, looking forward to the video to see how it is fixed (although not the pain!)
Mike
I have read your posts on Legacygym now! Great! :)
I cant wait to get there to train and to get to know all the people and the city!
It would be great to catch up over a beer or if you would like to show me the town and stuff like that, if you have the time! Im sure i will have the time when im not training! :) / Kristian!
