Ice Cold Beer and Kebabs, Ubon Ratchathani Thailand.

Sorry about the pictures as I took them on my iPhone.
Birthday Party Thailand
On Friday night I was off to a birthday party for a mate. There were ice cold beers and kebabs for the lucky few that were invited.
Birthday Party Thailand
The mood was good; everyone was enjoying the food and cold beer.

I felt a little guilty as the cook attended to the kebab, but again he got to eat plenty and also plenty of cold beers, but did have to sweat a bit.
Birthday Party
The kebab was delicious; there are not many opportunities to have kebabs here in Ubon Ratchathani.

The birthday boy was circulating amongst the invited guests; I thank him for the ice cold beer and hope he enjoyed the night.

Presents were presented, this was a miniature poodle; I just hope they remembered to take it out of the box before the oxygen run out.

Also we celebrated the life of an amazing lady by all accounts, a mate’s mother who had passed away years gone by, so a double whammy all in one.

Brunty, it looks like we know the un-named Guest of Honor. glad he's doing well, and looking good. tell him that he needs to wear saraong on special occasions though. hehe

Hi Brunty,
I like your post, seems like a fun party.
Although I have been to Isaan four times now and will go again to Roi-Et end of this month I never went to Ubon Ratchathani, but it seems like an interesting place to stay.
Also I noticed that recently Air Asia is offering cheap flights from Bangkok and Phuket.
