Now it seems that he really could be out of a job by 9am tomorrow morning, by this lying redheaded monster, who has continually lied about her support, but again all politicians’ words need to be taken with a grain of salt.
All I can say is that if this woman becomes our new prime minister, Labor will again be staring down defeat at the soon to be election. Even though Tony Abbot the opposition leader is a total bumbling idiot, the choice of this man who changes his statements as regularly as his underpants has a very good chance of beating Julia Gillard if she is the prime minister.
I can only hope that she doesn’t get the support tomorrow and then Rudd banishes these traitors, lying dogs to the far reaching backbenches and die a fast political death. I personally believe, even though I agree that Rudd hasn’t been doing a fantastic job of late, he is a much better choice than Gillard.
So tonight I will sleep and when I wake will turn on the computer and hope for a miracle but believe this is just a dream from all I have read.

P.s - Gillard is the new PM, this is the death of Labor I am sure.I think too many voters will not see her as they did Rudd.

I know very little about Julia Gillard, but I was very surprised to hear her voice in an interview. Extremely harsh vowels. I thought as a former lawyer she would be able to speak more eloquently. On a recent trip to the USA, she had to have an aide speaking her statements again so the USA press could understand what she was saying.
Mind you, in politics it may be an advantage for people not to understand what you are saying. Then you can not lie.
Seems sportsbet saw the odds of a Gillard election win the same way as you. $100,000 odd in bets for her, and 10 minutes later they changed their minds!
If you lived in Aust. you might be up to date on politics and qualified to comment ..Labor (note spelling teacher !) has completely gone off the rails lately, with Rudd behaving like a tinpot dictator ..he had a meltdown on live TV because the ABC 7.30 report had the temerity to ask some probing questions for a change.
Putting the Iron Maiden in the top job was the ALP's last attempt at retaining power, as the backroom boys knew Rudd would lead them to defeat in the coming election.
Unfortunately it might work, if enough people think they should give her a fair go...never mind that she is responsible for millions of $$ wasted in her schools program...new classrooms that are unsafe, school canteens that do not meet health regulations etc etc.
AND she is a member of the "Gang of 4" responsible for this crazy new resource super tax, as well as all the recent failures and policy flips and flops....so nothing is going to change.
Mark Arbib and his shadowy union/faction mates have put the ALP back a decade, the unions are running the country again.
Michael, there have been many remarks about her strong Aussie accent. I should like the lady as she has been a union Muppet a lot of her career. I could imagine the Americans trying to understand her in the US. Her first meeting (if she has one) with Obama would be funny.
Gillard lying, hard to see her do such a thing. She has only said about 10 times this last month that she supports the then PM Rudd and had no interest in becoming the prime minister.
She said this last month, “there is more chance I would line up at full forward (Australian Rules Football) for the Western Bulldogs than topple Kevin Rudd.”
There is no chance any person sitting on a fence can believe this woman’s word. The people who were not sure who they were going to vote for at the coming election have probably now made their mind up.
I didn't know that Australia followed the American spelling of Labor.
Use English and spell it Labour.
Maybe using the wrong spelling for so many years is a bad omen for the Australian Labor party. Both the British Labour and New Zealand Labour parties have enjoyed very long terms in office in recent years, winning 3 elections in a row before being defeated.
Has the Australian Labor party ever enjoyed a long run?
