Policeman murdered and robbed and a mafia man shot dead. Thailand.

This is a story from the Chonburi area and involves a policeman being shot dead while patrolling on his motorbike.

Now don’t get me wrong. I have been to Pattaya and Chonburi numerous times and never had any problems at all. But Pattaya and surrounding areas are full of lowlife scum bags that are desperate to commit crimes to feed their drug or gambling habits.

A policeman was been shot in the back of the head and from what witnesses say it looks like teenagers as they were seen fleeing the scene. Other officers said that the deceased officer wore a 5 baht gold bracelet (75,000 baht or $2,500 Aus dollars) that was now missing and also his revolver had been taken.

A 100,000 thousand baht reward has been offered for their capture and I don’t care if they are as young as 10, if they are caught I hope the police do them over, nicely. I know that here in Thailand if you kill a policeman you will receive the death penalty if found guilty. Another story reported a local “mafia” figure aged 42 was found shot dead. He is apparently know for criminal activities and was accused of killing a transsexual earlier this year.

Police suspect his former wife might have something to do with the crime as apparently the dead man used to beat her up regularly. (So, he got what he deserved by the sounds of it. Now the same needs to happen to pedophiles and drug dealers) Mafia man shot dead.

Update, Police have found his wife aged 20 and also arrested her older brother for shooting the man. The brother said he confronted the man after he had again beaten his sister. He confronted the victim with a gun and the weapon accidentally discharged. Either way, I hope the brother is found not guilty on grounds of compassion if this is what he was really doing and protecting his sister from this guy.

At least Thailand has one less desirable to inflict pain on people. Brother accused of murder
